Certifications and Standards


Oregon Tilth and USDA Organic

Bake Works has a large network of trusted suppliers and broad experience creating and producing certified organic products. We are certified by Oregon Tilth.


GFCO Gluten Free

Gluten free can present challenges when re-working formulas in order to preserve taste and texture. Bake Works produces an in-house line of certified Gluten Free products, and uses that experience and expertise when working with private label brands. We are certified by GFCO.


OU-D Kosher

Bake Works maintains an active OU, OU-D, and OU-DE Kosher certification with the Orthodox Union.


Non GMO

Bake Works works with Non-GMO suppliers and ingredients and are experienced manufacturing products certified by the Non-GMO Project.


Industry Standard Manufacturing Practices

Bake Works maintains current food safety training and certification for its workers and facilities, ensuring peace of mind for it’s Private Label partners.


SQF Certified

Bake Works Is SQF certified, and meets the the SQF requirements for manufacturing products to be sold by broad line and big-box retailers.
